Another early start - the boiler man cometh to service the boiler and fire...

Then Trish and Gus arrived at coffee time, on the way the see my nephew near Nottingham. Nice lunch out - the Lord Nelson did us proud again ;)

A walk around the block when we got back - just under 3k, and Roy will do his exercises tomorrow rather than walking.

Now ready for a video call with the Hastings connection. I'm ready for a snooze as well - a big lunch always has that effect on me ;)
