Sun Seen!!!

After such torrential rain it has been incredible to see bits of sunshine today. Today's route was from Alston to Parkhead which has included several big climbs making for exceptional views and scenery. I'm so glad they weren't hidden by clouds!!!

I'm currently in Stanhope enjoying a brew before climbing to Parkhead Station where I'm staying tonight. It's literally in the middle of nowhere and apparently signal is not really in existence up there. I couldn't miss a blip day, obviously. ;-) Therefore here I am getting it up to fulfill my addiction. :-P
