16 Days of Glory

As the olympic sun sets in the land of the rising sun, the AOG ( the alternate Olympic Games) also is closing.

The mantis was hanging out on our front window. He had just failed in his many attempts in the high jump, and, believe it or not, he was praying.

"Lord, even though I didn't do well, I give you thanks for these last 16 days. Please be with me and my fellow competitors as we travel home. Amen."

So ends the AOG. Thanks to Deborah and her helpers for the the running of the event.
