Spooky spinney

Felt a bit down today for no apparent reason, so invited myself to a friend for a cuppa and then when I got back I  had a walk through the local spinney.  It was late afternoon and it was  quite gloomy with only the sound of cracking twigs under my feet.
Earlier I enjoyed the closing ceremony of the Olympics and pleased that we came fourth in medals table.
