What on earth!

Well,it floats so technically it is a boat. Spotted this contraption at the Kelpies this morning and just had to blip it. It seems to be two narrow hulls joined together by the propelling mechanism which looks like a paddle wheel. How said wheel is driven I could not see. Maybe something to do with whatever was under that grey cover. Anyway, a paddle driven catamaran is what it is. 
While wandering round we spotted Phil and E, who were there for the park run. We stayed to watch and were delighted when E came in third! We also met up with Ali and Miss E but I think Chloe was a bit disappointed that they didn’t bring Rosa along!
