Forest bar

The bar counter is becoming more crowded with my potplants in my plant ICU. They thrive there, it's warm and light with no direct sunlight. So one has to peer through the leaves when pouring a glass of wine!!
The wooden ornaments are souvenirs from our road trip through the Redwood forests in the USA.

We had a lovely surprise today when our elder daughter and gorgeous grandson, visiting from Cape Town, drove here from Plett (two and a half hour trip) just to come and say hello.
How special when a 27 year old grandson wants to see his grandparents.
