Seeding Our Food
Once agin I have missed a day's Blip - slack effort I know. Anyway, this is the start of our vegetable garden. I read that you can grow seedlings in a old toilet roll and then once it is big enough just plant the roll in the ground, and thought I'd give it a go.
So far it's been about a week and the seedlings are just starting to come up, give them a bit more time and then it will be in the ground for these little guys. Just need to try and keep the chickens and the dog out so they have the best chance.
I thought these seedlings would be a good chance to muck around with the macro setting on the Olympus 12-50mm lens for the OMD. Is not too bad, but I'd love to get a proper macro lens for this kind of stuff. Tweaked the picture a bit in Snapseed, a great little app for quick and simple fixes.
