Travellers on the way to Appleby Horse Fair.

It is normally the first week in June...but this year it is next weekend.

Appleby Horse Fair is an annual gathering of Gypsies and Travellers in the town of Appleby in Westmorland ( now Cumbria ).

Worth googling to see the amazing photos of horses in the river Eden...or you could see my blip of 5th June 2015.
