Fully jabbed

My appointment was at 10:00, got there a little early but no issues, went straight through we were taken in batches, each of us led to our wee cubicle, in and out in less than five minutes, a seat in a comfy arm chair for 30 minutes before I was told, “well done, you are now fully vaccinated, have a great day”. And off I went home.

The offices of our medical insurers is impressive, as is their organizational skills. It did occur to me that the endless walkways above us would have been a great place to get your daily step count in without much effort.

The rest of the day was spent catching up with chores and watching the last few events of the Olympics.
