Icelandic pancakes

Tidied the kitchen, which is now just two kickboards shy of being done.
Made pancakes for Dave, who came over to see us. He's able to drive again and the chemo is going well, so we are keeping everything crossed.

Watched some Olympics. Always amazed at what they can do!
