Arundel Lido

Early start, sat and watched Tom Daley get his bronze, packed up and came home. Fannied around with unpacking stuff, lay on my bed for a couple of hours - after changing all the bedding, there was about half a cat in hair format all over it. Then a lovely calm swim, the lido’s booking seems to be much better now, perhaps less people but there are now free swimming spots as far as the eye can see. Just as well because the sea is like a wild scene of white horses.

Jay cooked a nice frittata tea, Will is happily back in front of his computer and we watched a good film, Our Friend. V sad mind- a little warning for you there.
