Birdcage

Had a lovely visit with a friend to Melbourne Hall in Derbyshire. Gardens were open, house sadly wasn’t. Spent a very enjoyable hour on the gardens which are well worth a visit - must go back to visit the house next year when it’s open. This is a close up of part of the birdcage - an 18th century architectural feature. Very lovely.
