A sad day in Manchester

Today I went into Manchester city centre, whilst my car was being serviced. I was saddened on two fronts. Manchester Town Hall is closed until 2024 for refurbishment. Then I was faced with homeless people, I did not appreciate the impact on city life, this is something that I never really knew how many people are affected by homelessness.
