Ton Up

This morning saw the 100th running of Street’s Park Run and the Race Director marked the occasion by donning this centurion’s outfit to get things started.  I seem to be having a bit of an Italian theme to my blips this weekend.

Kate & Sophie joined Tess, Chris & I again and Sophie was very pleased to complete the full 5k for the second time. As always, there was a great community spirit with everyone encouraging each other, which is what makes Park Run so special. 

We recovered with a leisurely breakfast while watching the Olympics this morning, then Tess & I headed out for a walk once the rain stopped this afternoon.
