Pentland Aromatics

We had been for a walk on the Penicuik House estate, checking out the Lost Garden (even more lost these days) but, when it began to rain, despite wellies and anoraks, decided to cut the visit short.

Remembering that the West Linton Market would be on today we drove down there to see the Pentland Aromatics stall, run by nadinepierce and there she was!  Unfortunately I had to make Mr Flum try our the various fragrances as I can't smell most things. It seems we had just missed Sallymair and thebear, neither of whom have I met, so I'm sorry we missed them.

We enjoyed chatting with Nadine and other stallholders before trundling home to hang up wet coats and to dry umbrellas..
