Old Packhorse Bridge
This is the oldest stone bridge in the highlands. Originally built in 1717 it’s been repaired a few times following floods & high waters.
We stopped to look at it this afternoon and it was looking pretty tame but tonight after a few heavy showers it was easy to see why the bridge was needed.
Day 3 of our Highland roadtrip. Travelled from Tain to Carrbridge via Nairn.
