Talinum Paniculatum

I bought these a couple of months or few weeks ago as a little green leaved plantlets.
They now have got bigger & started to flower such tiny pink flowers.
I'm wondering do I plant them out or keep them in plant pots.
Another name for this plant is "Pink Baby's Breath", a bit like Gypsophila. 
A day of trying to go shopping for the 1st time in a good 18 months with my daughter; we went to Lidl & I couldn't take anymore due to the pain rather than anxiety of being in a crowded shop.
My Doctor has again signed me off sick which hasn't pleased my place of work & they're getting the Occupational Health to contact me because of all the time off sick I've had over the past year or so.
