Steamed dumplings

I had some leftover roast duck so thought I would try making some steamed dumplings. Just a simple SR flour and water dough, rolled very thin then filled and steamed.
Gilly gave me a tip, to steam them in paper muffin cases so they don’t stick. The only ones I had to hand were coloured cupcake cases so I used those. Mistake! The paper got very soft and the colour ran into the dumplings!
They were still very moist and tasty so I will try them again and be better prepared!
