An early start on a wet and windy day to get to the Claremont for Roy's first physio session. All good, and he now has a raft of more difficult exercises, two Therabands... and a couple more sessions arranged... Predictably Roy has been practising the new exercise already...

Called in to the Lord Nelson for lunch as a treat on our way home for a tasty steak and salad and a few chips. Nipped out to bag my blip when we arrived home as there was a slight break in the rain. 

Hope we don't get another power cut this evening - we've had two in the last few days - last night's was nearly 3 hours, but luckily our meal was just cooked in time! Our water is also discoloured - apparently by an excess of manganese caused by sediment disturbance. Good news though - the green bin collection has been re-instated... you win some...
