Cucumber Flower

.......... I bought one cucumber plant as an experiment earlier this year and it went for weeks without growing at all. I thought I’d cursed it with my lack of horticultural talent but a couple of weeks ago it suddenly took off and now it’s growing like a triffid with lots of flowers on ......... if they all ripen at once I’m going to have more cucumbers than I know what to do with......... however, there’s a long way to go until that’s a problem.

I finally picked some ripe blueberries ....... they’ve taken ages to ripen but usually worth the wait ;-)
