Fruit

Did a long stint at the allotment - digging, shovelling compost, transplanting, strimming.... Had to sit down for a couple of hours afterwards. The outdoor tomato plants are only just starting to form fruit, but I notice we have a heavy crop of potato fruits!

Went up to Mel's for a meal in the evening - very nice (including lovely grub) but also very strange to be in someone else's house!

When I got home I discovered a message from the Grauniad saying that my piece on Ogatodomar will finally be in the print edition tomorrow. It's been.....three months since they published it online, I'd assumed that was it.
