Beauty in a day.

I love this brick red Day Lilly, even in the pouring rain.

The day started as usual today. At 9.45am I was sitting in the sun drinking a cuppa with my Thursday morning customer looking at the lawn which was in the process of being cut, unfortunately I had to get back to finishing it!

By early afternoon the rain started, update from S was that walking was very slow but going ok.

I finished work, got home and clean before she phoned to be collected, she made it as far as the Boomtown Festival site but not the cathedral, it was 7pm! 

Fantastic achievement, starting in a storm, dealing with an injury and getting back to the path then camping alone for the first time. She had a big smile on her face when I collected her.
