Stringy bark

Sometimes the 'ribbons' of bark that peel from the trunks of the stringy bark eucalypts have a pinkish/apricot colour, or else cream and every shade from that through the fawn/beige range. And sometimes, when they gather round the tree's base, they remind me of a bridal train, carefully arranged for the photographer!
