Campanula

I'm hoping this white bellflower I bought recently will be as prolific as its blue cousin. Even it surviving and flowering next year would be appreciated.

Another day working in the garden. After 2 runs to the tip with wood, we are finally rid of the old shed and the good news is, I believe I've found someone who can supply the adjustable risers we need for the new one!

While we were working today we could hear the house martins chattering in the sky above us and, I'm pleased to say, both our concrete nest boxes have been inspected and fought over by them. They may not nest again this year but it makes us hopeful for getting breeding pairs next summer.

Another triumph today was getting a roofer back to fix the leak in the new garage roof. Hurrah!
