Cheltenham street art

I had a meeting in Cheltenham today to enable one of my voluntary roles to transfer here from Edinburgh. I was made extremely welcome.

T and I met for coffee afterwards. We are greatly enjoying reconnecting with Cheltenham again.

The rain (and 18 degrees) today was much more bearable than the July heatwave.

This street art caught my attention. Cheltenham has a large draconian street parking zone from 0800 to 2000 6 days a week! It poses another question as town centres see decreased footfall are these parking charges deterring shoppers from visiting? In Cheltenham today the answer was clearly no. The streets, shops and promenade market were all very busy.
