Cake by proxy

Today is my Uncle N’s birthday. He normally comes back to Scotland once a year at this time, but we haven’t seen him now for 3 years. We thought it only right that we buy him a birthday cake and send him some pictures of us eating it ;-) Hopefully next year might be easier for him quarantine wise and we might see him.
