St Malo Hospital

Left home by taxi at 7:30

Everything very well organised and I was very impressed by the anesthetic and procedure. It really was OK and the personal following by the two doctors excellent.
However my body reacted badly as usual. Sky high blood pressure and start of a migraine due to fasting. Not allowed to take my medication as could react very badly with anesthetic . Very uncertain about whether I would get out today.

However doctors agreed at14 h to my medication which worked slowly even though I’d begun vomiting.

So got home this evening in rather a sorry state. Virginia kindly brought me a lovely meal and Gyp so excited to see me. Stayed on the bed since getting home and now going to undress and get into it.!

Only photo is from a rather disgusting paella lunch with chicken and chorizo pushed to the side.

Will have to wait a couple of weeks for analysis of biopsy, but doctors think it unlikely to be cancer.

If not, I’ll be followed every three months instead of six and treated for any infection. One still thinks TB possible but other thinks not..

I’ll just have to wait and see. Lots of messages re holiday and ridding myself of furniture etc. Charly will come tomorrow for animals which will be upsetting. Hope I feel better by then.
