Beach

Another early run this morning which I used to explore the coast.

Then took the kids out for a croissant and some beach time whilst Z did some work.

Then a lovely family lunch b4 taking Q to watch a very talented girl singing at the bandstand. Z took indie to the trampoline and swings in the beach. We all met up again to continue listening to the live music. I can't remember the last time I heard live music - it was a real joy.

Back home then all jumped in the car to enjoy an early evening time at the beach stacking stones and enjoying the quietness.
