Medieval Center

We continued our time travel today - we just didn't use our app. Instead we met with Helle and her dogs and visited the Medieval Center, which is located 100 km from where I live. 

First we visited a village where actors lived as villagers and told the tourists about life in in a medieval village.

We saw an exhibition that showed how technology began to make life easier during this time period, where watermills, mobile war machines, etc. were invented.

And we were on a walk through the forest and experienced the myths and superstitions of the Middle Ages.

And we saw a knight tournament where two knights fought for the young maiden's heart with horse and lance - you can see a video here!

We had lunch before we went home and the dogs got to play - I made a small video of Xmas and Mocca
