In the street

I went out into the village and watered some of the hanging baskets etc this morning then came back and washed our cars, and cleaned the inside of mine ready for work tomorrow.
I also went to the post office to mail off there of my books. To Wales, Australia, and Isle of Man.
Our village always puts out some lovely planters and baskets. We never win any awards though.
It’s a pity we don’t have a judge living in the village.
