Stint

Quite a long one today in front of the telly. Olympics for breakfast around 8am and I thought I'd watch it for 'a bit' before going out in the sunshine on the bike for several hours. I actually ended up switching it off at 3pm when regular coverage stopped...and *then* going out on the bike for several hours. Was alright, no complaints :-)
