Ashby is closed on a Wednesday

It would appear so. Two of the coffee shops I would have frequented were closed and on one shop window there was a notice that the shop was closed for the school holidays.

A good session with the podiatrist who assured me that the corn that had been bugging me for two years seems to have disappeared. Yay!

We stopped off at M&S for gluten free goodies and a takeaway coffee each which we drank at New Lount Nature Reserve watching the birds busy on the feeders. A quiet moment at the end of the trip.
