In The Garden

I cut a load of hedge this morning - probably too much because it usually takes me 2 days to do what I did.
I also took all the cuttings to the tip (I am going to stop calling it the recycling yard because it is obvious that the public is doing their bit but the council still cannot get higher than 40% recycled)

It was hot....... mid 20's... after lunch, so I watched some coverage of the Olympics and came up with 2 questions - Why will the pundits not explain any technical stuff that they talk about? (If you are not involved in the sports you have no idea about half the commentary) and why are kids games now included? (skateboarding and BMX come to mind).


There was also a wee bit of turning done.
