Are These Suckers?

On my Generous Gardener rose? I rather think they are which is surprising as only had it since 16th May. So have sent a photo to David Austin for them to let me know. 

OK so Update from DA (who know about these things) as follows:

"There are 100% not suckers, please do not prune them off!
Suckers can be difficult to tell apart from other growth on certain plants, but on the generous gardener suckers would would have completely green stems, with no other pigment. The Generous Gardener can also have green stems which aren't suckers, so it is always worth checking. Anything with pick/red pigment in will not be suckers.
Leave these exactly as they are, and only prune over winter".
