On your bike

Today has been another wall to wall day of sunshine, even though I spent most of it inside I did manage to bask for a short while.
My once weekly trip to another county "Dorset"
It was an ok kind of day, problem is I am feeling slugglish. There just doesn't seem enough hours in the day in order to get all the things that need doing done. So this means either there is not, or I have slowed down to a snail's pace.
I need to get revved up for what exactly I am not sure either that or I have to except that middle life comes at a more relaxed and slower pace ...man....... aaargggh not sure I can cope!!!!
All this talk of slugs and snails ...piffle :D
