This time I had enough!

The last time I was due to give blood it was quite a surprise to find my haemoglobin level was below their minimum level but this time all was ok with the sample.

Unfortunately, afterwards, I did feel faint, something that has happened before but I thought extra food beforehand was the answer, however my body had other ideas so I was kept in custody for longer than planned. The staff are always lovely and very supportive.

Back home after a quick visit to RF and daughter is feeling like it is worth trying to carry on with her walk so tomorrow I'll be dropping her off with fingers crossed.
