Backlit orchids

I am not sure if this shot "works". It was a busy day. In the afternoon we met up with a new colleague of mine and his family, who have recently moved here from Paris. They have two very young boys so it was full on. The local park and beach by the lake were a big hit and I even got to go down the slide!
