Romance isn't dead...
It's just gently slumbering :-))
Thirty-two years ago I made following vow to a wide eyed and very nervous looking David...
I Diane, take you David, to be to be my lawfully wedded husband. And do, in the presence of God and before this congregation, promise and covenant to be a loving, faithful and dutiful wife to you, until God shall separate us by death.
David made the same vow in return, well to me, not himself :D
Thirty two years! How can that be when I am only 34! :-)) Well they do say time flies when you're having fun so we've obviously been having a right old hoot for the last 32 years!
Had a bit of a lazy day till mid afternoon we decided to head to the East Neuk of Fife and have a little tour of the fishing villages. Packed the camera, camera bag and tripod but unfortunately it was raining when we got to St Monan's, Pittenween, Anstruther, Cellardyke and Crail. Nothing else for it but to carry on to St Andrews.
Got there around 7.30pm, our rumbling tums crying our for food. Could only be a fish supper of course :-) With tartare sauce no less, none of that ketchup rubbish for us. Well it is a special occasion :D
I stayed in the car while David queued for half an hour at the chippy then we drove down to the car park by the Old Course. No rain and a beautiful sky with the setting sun hiding behind the clouds.
Drove home via the Tay Bridge and finishing off the evening with V's delicious home made strawberry gelato (it really is outstanding!) and and episode of Outlander.
P.S.There's an anniversary collage in extras for your entertainment. Don't say I'm not good to you ;-)))
