Over the hill

Not too far away. Thought we would have lunch out today so drove over to a section of Hadrian’s wall and walked along and down to pub, nice lunch and walked back, only 11k but hilly. Glorious weather, wonderful walk, path was busy but then it always is. Such a mix of people from serious walkers with heavy pack packs probably doing the whole wall to three girls in flowing skirts and crocs with a carrier bag of drinks.
We were sat outside at the pub but staff still wearing masks, and customers asked to wear masks when walking around inside.
