Ship

A nice long run this morning along the coast then a wiggly route around ramsgate and Broadstairs. I spent alot of the time map reading as well as running.

Then Z's family met us on the beach which was a nice time.

A good bite to eat, followed by a cracking ice cream, then a walk along the beach before they left.

A really wonderful family get together.

We've not had much energy to do anything else so it will be an early night.
