Had a dry two and a half hour walk but it was muddy underfoot. More people around now that it is the holidays and the cyclists certainly churn up the paths.

In the top photo the field is covered in ragwort which I believe is poisonous to cattle and horses but there were lots of bees and butterflies on the plants. The lovely heather was on the other side of the footpath.
