New shoes!

Long story… our local free magazine The Vale has a great walk pull out in it each month. We don’t get it delivered but a friend told me, so I rang them and they said if I collected I could have any back issues they had. Today I picked up a large pile, dating back to 2018, and have lots of walks to choose from.

On the way home I went past The Valley out of town shopping centre, and as I haven’t been in for about 18months, decided to pop in. A shoe shop has a special offer on sandals- buy one, get the other half price. One pair was 29:99 and the other 17:99 but…
I’m not sure how they priced these, but I got both pairs for £23.99!!
Both have a slight wedge which is just what my feet need after a week in walking boots :)
