Such a beautiful bloom - and perfect to celebrate another two golden medals for NZ at the Tokyo Olympic games.

Today they were won by Lisa Carrington - as an individual in the K1 200 and then with crewmate Caitlin Regal, gold in the K2 500 canoe sprint.

A silver medal was also won by Peter Burling and Blair Tuke who were sailing in the 49er skiff class and a bronze medal to boxer David Nyika.
