Ingleton

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

We walked the Ingleton waterfalls trail today which was recommended by one of the bar staff (new best friends) last night. The Youngest Mini Princess was delighted when we arrived at the start to find that it’s described as a ‘strenuous’ 4.5 miles walk and due to COVID, it’s one way so no going back once you start.

It was beautiful and although there were quite a lot of steps, it wasn’t strenuous so family spirits remained high. I should probably apologise to Mary Doll and Victor at some point about the amount of moaning I did on family walks when I was young.

The Mini Princesses wanted some ‘chill time’ so Prince and I drove to Morecambe (all because we watched the tv drama, The Bay) for a coffee and a walk and obviously we had to get a picture of the statue. I managed to resist the urge to sing ‘Bring Me Sunshine’.
