Risky activities

We watched one in the regular series of webinars that nourish our brains under Covid restrictions. Australian vaccination rates are still very low, and a considerable number of people are reluctant to take the Astra Zeneca vaccine because of the perceived risks. The chart shows, though, that many of the people who refuse to take AZ engage in various behaviours that have far higher levels of risk.

On a happier note at the Olympics we enjoyed the equestrian eventing. Australia won silver in the team eventing and Australian Andrew Hoy won the individual bronze. This is his eighth Olympics!

Julia Trajewski of Germany became the first woman to win individual gold in eventing.
