Leaf beetle

This is the six spotted neolema but I wouldn't take that number too literally. Sometimes the spots look like they've joined up.

This little critter has been sitting happily on an orchid which is soon to flower. It's a very windy day and I'm about to venture out into it as I need to overcome some inertia.
