Charcuterie

Cheese (double cream brie, truffled pecorino, and basque sheep's milk cheese), summer sausage, olives, cornichons, and carrots and radishes with garlicky olive oil. Wine: Tapiz Bicentenario 2015.

I forgot to buy crackers, and I didn't end up baking bread today, so I added the crudités at the last minute to round things out a bit. The wine is our last of three bottles, which we have enjoyed. It is a blend of Malbec, Bonarda, and Torrontés (this last, a fruity white grape, is unusual to include in blend with the other two, but it is to good effect).
