The Team Leaf Munching Finals

There was no question the Japanese Team ( otherwise known as the Beetles) was going to win this event. No one can shred a grape leaf like these guys. Fortunately the event was wisely moved by the AOGC from the Heliopsis Stadium to the Grape Leaves in order to save the Heliopsis Stadium for the Nectaring Finals ( if the stadium is ready as it still appears to be under construction with no flowers yet.)
The team is seen after their win was announced , umm, congratulating each other. 
The extra is a look at one of the competitors and how effective his shredding technique was.The entire stadium looks like this ! It's a good thing this wasn't the semis! There might not have been a stadium left by the finals!
The entire group went swimming in soapy water following the event .
