Good Food and Conversation

Being able to go out and eat normally again got to meet up with Courtney and Lindsey at an Israeli restaurant called Safta. Very good food especially the wild mushroom hummus and the lamb shank and a very good glass of red wine. Talked about current events and job changes for L. It’s fun to stay in touch with 2 of my earliest employees and Courtney reminded me that she had started coming to BG 3 days after we opened in Grapevine when she was still a High School student - almost 15 years ago now.
