Not a good day...

in fact a bit of a cr*p day.

Had the meeting from hell this morning with someone who every time I've seen them I've wondered why they are allowed to be near people and this morning I was the person who caught the brunt of it.

Left work at three as I had spent the last couple of hours not knowing whether I was going to be sick or not, been in bed a few hours still don't know what is going on but apparently Geoff says if I feel as bad as I look I must be ill. Nice to hear encouraging words!
